Basic Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for performing all assigned tasks on every repair order at the highest level of dealership and factory quality standards from bumper to bumper.
• Consistently reliable and maintain a professional decorum in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• An extensive knowledge of parts and components is required to complete each individual repair at the highest standard of quality and exhibit an ability to efficiently communicate those parts needs with the parts department.
• Execution of warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• An ability to manage time and workflow in a fast-paced environment and maintain communication regarding each repair order with the service advisor, parts department, and service manager.
• Effectively utilize technology and experience to perform advanced vehicle diagnostic.
• Positive attitude and works well individually and with others.
• A willingness and desire to continue professional education and factory training in order to maintain technical and product knowledge in the constantly evolving automotive industry.
• Perform any tasks assigned as directed by management

Other Basic Requirements:

• Factory certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills (typing).
