Fast and Courteous Service.

Very good service department

I told the service writers I was going to wait for the oil change and they started promptly but stopped for several hours to service another vehicle.

Plenty of updates on what was happening so I wasn't sitting there wondering whether they'd even gotten to my vehicle yet. Pleasant waiting room. Loved the coffee and treats.

Mike Cummings was very personable and helped advocate to get me into my dream car. Vince in financing also did an amazing job getting me a loan that worked and helped get me a warranty that would last the duration of my loan. You have very honest workers, which is refreshing. No one sold the car out from under either. Greenway treats their employees well and it shows.

Low balled my trade-in so wound up selling it outright I didn't even want them to come up that much.. 50 grand for a truck and it doesn't even come with a bed liner? Sat there for 2 hours staring at the truck in the parking lot and then when I signed the papers and paid they take it off to the back somewhere and tried make me sit for another 55+ minutes while they "clean it up"? It was still filthy covered and dust they didn't even wash it just took some stickers off... why wasn't that done when I was sitting there for 2 hours? Also the reason you guys had me sitting there for 2 hours is because you were entertaining some clowns trying to scam you with a fake EIN number when I was there paying cash you should have put me in front of them and then they make me download some annoying useless app when I'm trying to leave that just sends me junk mail now

Great friendly service staff

Went in to look at 2026 models. Test drove and purchased a new vehicle. Very easy process, fair deal on trade, no complaints other than the hose to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was not connected and it took me a minute to figure out why my fluid wasn’t working.

I reached out to inquire about a 2026 GMC Terrain and was contacted by Gabe Villa. I explained that I wasn’t sure if I was able to trade in my 2024 Chevy Blazer because I had just purchased it a year prior. He was extremely helpful and worked his magic to get me into the Terrain. He answered all of my questions quickly and explained everything to me throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me all of the features it had to offer. He took his time with me and made me feel comfortable. I will most definitely recommend Gabe to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car.

Gabe was awesome. I contacted the dealership via the internet and spelled out what I was looking for. Gabe not only understood my requests, but didn't deviate from them. We communicated via email and he answered promptly and answered any questions I had. Vince in financing was equally as awesome. Paperwork was ready and he went over it meticulously. Once the paperwork was completed, Gabe went out with us and explained every little thing in the truck, how to operate it, and went through the personalization setup. Both gentlemen were such a pleasure to work with and I told them that over and over. You've got some great men working at that dealership.

Dave in GMC service was welcoming and great to work with. He researched my extended warranty for my vehicle and got it fixed in a very timely manner. Also gave me a rental to use as well.
